These are built in code, not in After Effects.

The film is a program that renders frames, so the screens in it are your real screens and a change to your product is a re-render instead of a re-animate. I use AI models inside that pipeline, mostly to generate the first pass of a score and the odd still, and then I cut, tune and mix the result myself, which is the part that takes the time.
